This guide was not created with any one business in mind––but rather, it was made with the intent to assist any business wanting to make their mark on Twitter. This widely applicable reference guide covers a range of topics from making a thorough plan to strategically using humor in a post. We've included links to our sources if you want to take a deeper dive into a specific subject (see Appendixes and References).
